How to Get Body Wash Out of Car Seat

Body wash can be a sticky mess to clean up, especially if it gets on your car seat. But don’t worry, there are a few simple steps you can follow to get it out.

Materials You Will Need

Clean cloths

Water

Dish soap

Baking soda (optional)

Vacuum cleaner

Instructions

Blot up the body wash

Using a clean cloth, blot up as much of the body wash as you can. Do not rub, as this will only spread the mess.

Make a cleaning solution

In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of warm water and 1 tablespoon of dish soap. If the stain is particularly stubborn, you can add 1 tablespoon of baking soda to the solution.

Apply the cleaning solution to the stain

Blot the stain

Using a clean cloth, blot the stain again to remove the cleaning solution and the body wash. Rinse the cloth frequently in clean water.

Vacuum the seat
