Dead Body Found in Trunk of Red Car in Charlotte, NC

Police are investigating after a dead body was found in the trunk of a red car in Charlotte, NC.

On Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at approximately 10:30 p.m., police responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle parked in a shopping center parking lot on the city’s west side.

When officers arrived on scene, they found a red car with its trunk open and a body inside. The victim has been identified as a 25-year-old male.

Police have not released the victim’s name or the cause of death. However, they are investigating the incident as a homicide.
