Car Body Damage Inspection Sheet
This sheet is used to document the condition of a car’s body following an accident or other incident that may have caused damage.
The sheet should be completed by a qualified inspector and should include the following information:
- The date of the inspection
- The name of the inspector
- The make, model, and year of the car
- The license plate number of the car
- A description of the damage
- An estimate of the cost of repairs
The inspector should also take photos of the damage and attach them to the sheet.
