How to Change RC Car Body
Materials Needed
- New RC car body
- Phillips screwdriver
- Flathead screwdriver
- Scissors
- Hobby knife
- Masking tape
Instructions
1. Remove the old body
- Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the old body in place.
- Carefully lift the old body off the chassis.
2. Prepare the new body
- If the new body is not already painted, you will need to paint it. Use a spray paint that is specifically designed for RC car bodies.
- Once the paint is dry, use the scissors to trim any excess material from the body.
- Use the hobby knife to create any necessary holes for the screws and other hardware.
3. Mount the new body
- Place the new body on the chassis.
- Use the Phillips screwdriver to install the screws that will hold the body in place.
4. Finishing touches
- Use the masking tape to secure any loose wires or components.
- Add any decals or other accessories that you desire.
