Introduction

3. Healthy Eating (15 minutes)

Show students the pictures of healthy foods. Ask them to identify the foods that they like to eat. Talk about the importance of eating healthy foods to keep our bodies healthy and strong.

Show students the soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Explain the importance of washing our hands, brushing our teeth, and taking a bath to keep our bodies clean.
